论中菲黄岩岛争端的复杂性及中国对策

【摘要】：南海主权争端中,中国虽拥有充分证据证明对南海诸岛及其毗连水域拥有不容置疑的历史性权利,却因其他相关国家侵犯并实际控制南海岛礁的行为而卷入争议。中菲黄岩岛争端如何解决,牵动世人视线。欲促进这一争端以和平方式收场并捍卫中国合法权益,须了解其复杂性,分析中国在其中的有利和不利因素,并进而探讨中国在争端中应采取的对策。
[Abstract]:In the South China Sea sovereignty dispute, although China has sufficient evidence to prove its indisputable historical right to the South China Sea Islands and its adjacent waters, it is involved in the dispute over the violation and actual control of the islands and reefs in the South China Sea by other relevant countries. How to resolve the dispute between China and Philippines in Huangyan Island affects the eyes of the world. In order to promote this dispute to end peacefully and defend China's legitimate rights and interests, it is necessary to understand its complexity, analyze its advantages and disadvantages, and probe into the countermeasures that China should take in the dispute.
