【摘要】：本文从合同和民事合同的概念、我国民事合同的概念及原则、我国《合同法》中合同的概念及原则、商业保险合同的概念及原则、商业保险合同和《合同法》及《民法通则》的关系等方面阐述了自己的观点。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the concept of contract and civil contract, the concept and principle of civil contract in our country, the concept and principle of contract in contract law of our country, the concept and principle of commercial insurance contract are introduced. The relationship between commercial insurance contract, contract law and general principles of civil law is expounded.
