潍坊市劳动人事争议调解仲裁工作现状及对策

【摘要】:劳动人事争议调解仲裁的方式是解决企事业单位与职工间的争议纠纷的法定和重要途径。随着近年来《劳动合同法》及修正案的颁布实施,劳动争议呈迅速增长态势,进一步加强争议仲裁机构建设,依法仲裁劳动人事争议成为构建和谐社会的迫切需要。本文旨在结合潍坊市劳动人事争议调解仲裁工作的现状,分析调解仲裁工作中存在的困难和难题,并为下一步工作的开展提供建议对策,努力为潍坊市构建和谐的劳动人事关系,为企事业单位做好人力资源管理工作提供有益参考。
[Abstract]:Mediation and arbitration of labor and personnel disputes is a legal and important way to resolve disputes between enterprises and employees.With the promulgation and implementation of the Labor contract Law and its amendments in recent years, labor disputes have been growing rapidly. It is an urgent need to build a harmonious society by further strengthening the construction of dispute arbitration institutions and arbitration of labor and personnel disputes in accordance with the law.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the difficulties and difficulties existing in the mediation and arbitration of labor and personnel disputes in Weifang, and to provide suggestions for the further work.Efforts to build a harmonious labor and personnel relations in Weifang City, enterprises and institutions to do a good job in human resources management to provide a useful reference.
