西方的劳动力市场柔性及其对我国的政策启示

【摘要】：西方的劳动力市场柔性无论在研究还是实践层面都比较成熟,而我国目前面临的劳动力市场问题,突出表现为就业压力。借鉴西方的经验教训,本文提出了三项政策性解决建议:制定以不同层次劳动力为导向的就业促进政策组合、《劳动合同法》实施过程中的权变思想和建立功能互补的多层次的网络化工会组织。
[Abstract]:The flexibility of labor market in the west is mature in both research and practice. However, the problem of labor market in our country is characterized by employment pressure. Learn from the experience and lessons of the West, This paper puts forward three policy solutions: to formulate a combination of employment promotion policies oriented by different levels of labor force, to establish contingency ideas in the process of implementation of Labor contract Law and to establish multi-level network trade union organizations with complementary functions.
