论生态运动下的企业环境责任

【摘要】：伴随着人类社会生产力的发展，，科学技术水平的日益提高，人与社会、生态之间的利益关系错综复杂。在生态运动的浪潮下，企业环境责任逐渐登上了历史舞台。一方面，生态运动按照其自身的逻辑规律和形态路径不断演变。其中，生态运动在生态伦理和社会形态方面的现代化趋势是生态文明进程中的两个核心领域。本文，作者首先在收集、查阅大量资料的基础上，采取比较研究的方法，分析、论证了西方社会在生态伦理和社会形态方面的发展路径，并最终勾勒出西方社会在生态伦理和社会形态方面的现代化趋势。同时，在生态运动现代化趋势的推动下，企业环境责任在思想理论和制度规制层面也逐渐走向了法制化的道路。本文，笔者接着将实例与理论相结合，通过法社会学等研究方法以中国社会为视角，观察、研究、论证了我国企业环境责任的法制化进程、当前的不足与日后的完善。最后，笔者希望在充分把握生态运动的伦理变迁和运行规律的基础上，与企业环境责任法制化进程中的自然、社会以及法律因素相结合，以求探究、摸索出对两者之间的良性互动关系。
[Abstract]:With the development of the productive forces of human society and the increasing level of science and technology, the relationship between people and society and the ecology is complicated. Under the tide of ecological movement, enterprise environmental responsibility gradually ascended the stage of history. On the one hand, the ecological movement evolves in accordance with its own logical and morphological paths. Among them, the trend of ecological movement in ecological ethics and social form is the two core areas in the process of ecological civilization. In this paper, the author firstly based on collecting and reading a lot of materials, adopt the comparative research method, analysis and verification of the western social development path in the aspects of ecological ethics and social structure, and finally outlines the trend of modern western society in the aspects of ecological ethics and social form. At the same time, under the impetus of the trend of modernization of ecological movement, the enterprise environmental responsibility has gradually gone to the road of legalization in the level of ideological theory and system regulation. In this paper, the author then will the combination of examples and theory, through the research method of Sociology of law to China society from the perspective of observation and research, demonstrates a perfect legal process, corporate environmental responsibility in China's current problems and the day after. Finally, the author hopes to fully grasp the ethical changes and operation rules of the ecological movement and combine with natural, social and legal factors in the process of corporate environmental responsibility legislation, in order to explore and explore the benign interaction between them.
