环境行政法调整机制解析

【摘要】：法律调整机制是法学方法论的重要内容。研究法律调整机制,对于充实、完善法学理论范畴体系及其方法,提高法律调整效率,实现法律价值,推进我国法治建设,实现法治国家,都具有非常重要的积极意义。环境行政法调整机制是环境行政法的目的和手段之间的"桥梁"。因此对环境行政法调整机制本身进行解析,了解其"内部构造""外部运行"等,有助于科学而合理地架构环境行政法调整机制,从而提高环境行政管理效率,实现善治,最终促使其完成确认和衡平利益、构建和谐秩序的调整目标。
[Abstract]:The mechanism of legal adjustment is an important content of the methodology of law. It is of great significance to study the mechanism of legal adjustment to enrich and perfect the system and methods of legal theory, to improve the efficiency of legal adjustment, to realize the legal value, to promote the construction of the rule of law in our country and to realize the rule of law. The adjustment mechanism of environmental administrative law is a bridge between the purpose and means of environmental administrative law. Therefore, to analyze the adjustment mechanism of environmental administrative law itself, to understand its "internal structure" and "external operation", etc., is helpful to structuring the adjustment mechanism of environmental administrative law scientifically and reasonably, so as to improve the efficiency of environmental administrative management and realize good governance. Finally, it will achieve the goal of confirming and balancing interests and constructing harmonious order.
