原子能立法研究

【摘要】：文章围绕我国原子能立法的必要性、紧迫性,立法现状,原子能法的主要内容,原子能法的概念和调整范围等进行了初步探讨,旨在从理论上廓清原子能法律制度的基本问题,为我国核电产业乃至整个原子能事业提供更充分的智力支持和制度保障,改变目前核电产业迅猛发展而原子能法律研究滞后的极不相称的尴尬现状,以推动我国原子能立法进程和繁荣原子能法学研究。
[Abstract]:The paper probes into the necessity, urgency, the current status of the legislation, the main contents of the atomic energy law, the concept of the atomic energy law and the scope of adjustment. To provide a more sufficient intellectual support and system guarantee for the nuclear power industry and the whole atomic energy industry in China, to change the current situation of the nuclear power industry's rapid development and the extremely incommensurate embarrassment of the research of the atomic law, in order to promote the research of the atomic energy legislation process and the prosperity of the atomic energy law in China.
