【摘要】：1995年元月1日起,《中华人民共和国劳动法》开始实施,中国法制又翻开新的一页,它的实施,会在社会生活中起到规范劳资行为、解决劳动争议、和谐劳动关系、促进经济发展的作用。特别是近几年来,我国劳资纠纷日益增多,侵害职工权益现象时有发生,现在广大劳动者都可以拿起《劳动法》这个武器,来捍卫自己的合法权益了。
[Abstract]:Since January 1st 1995, the Labor Law of the people's Republic of China has been put into effect, and China's legal system has turned a new leaf. Its implementation will play a role in regulating labor and capital behavior, resolving labor disputes, and harmonious labor relations in social life. The role of promoting economic development, especially in recent years, labor disputes in China are increasing day by day, infringing on workers' rights and interests from time to time. Now the majority of workers can take up the weapon of "Labor Law" to defend their legitimate rights and interests.
