【摘要】：中部地区是经济欠发达而又人口众多的"微缩中国"的真实写照,人力资源既是最大的优势、潜力,也是限制经济发展、实现现代化的瓶颈。立足中部特点,加强中部合作,用足用活政策和法律是现实充分就业,确保"中部崛起"的关键。
[Abstract]:The central region is a true portrayal of a "miniature China" with an underdeveloped economy and a large population. Human resources are not only the greatest advantage and potential, but also the bottleneck to restrict economic development and realize modernization. The policy and law are the key to the full employment and the rise of the central region.
