构建我国适度劳动制度问题探析

【摘要】:随着我国经济迅速发展和社会竞争加剧,劳动者过劳和亚健康问题愈发突出,这极大地影响了劳动者、企业和社会的发展。过劳已经成为一个社会问题,值得学界思考和研究。缓解过劳现象,从体制上构建适度劳动制度,提高劳动者的工作和生活质量,全面保障劳动者基本权益,是建设和谐社会的必然要求。呼吁全社会树立适度劳动共识、构建适度劳动衡量标准、健全法制体系、完善职业健康防控监管机制是当前构建适度劳动制度的有效途径。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our economy and the intensification of social competition, the overwork and sub-health problems of workers have become increasingly prominent, which has greatly affected the development of workers, enterprises and society. Overwork has become a social problem. It is worth thinking and studying in academic circles to alleviate the phenomenon of overwork, to set up a moderate labor system in the system, to improve the quality of work and life of workers, and to protect the basic rights and interests of workers in an all-round way. It is an inevitable requirement to build a harmonious society. It is an effective way to build up moderate labor system to call on the whole society to establish the consensus of moderate labor, to construct the measure standard of moderate labor, to perfect the legal system and to perfect the supervision mechanism of occupational health prevention and control.
