非正规就业及其法律促进

【摘要】：尽管非正规就业在我国已经取得一定的发展且发挥了显著的积极作用,但是,在政策、管理尤其是在非正规就业者的权利保护等方面,我国非正规就业的发展依然存在着突出的问题。通过法律手段,加强相应的立法、执法工作,特别是有针对性地完善相关劳动法律制度,是克服现存问题从而促进非正规就业健康良性发展的重要途径。
[Abstract]:Although informal employment has made some progress in our country and has played a significant positive role, but in policy, management, especially in the protection of the rights of informal workers, There are still outstanding problems in the development of informal employment in China. It is an important way to overcome the existing problems and promote the healthy development of informal employment by strengthening the relevant legislation and enforcing the law, especially by improving the relevant labor law system.
