【摘要】：正根据国家统计局报告,农民工群体已成为我国产业大军中一支非常重要的力量。然而,农民工特别是建筑行业农民工的欠薪问题,一直是屡遭社会诟病的顽疾。2017年2月,国务院办公厅发布《关于促进建筑业持续健康发展的意见》(以下简称《意见》),明确要求:"开展建筑工人实名制管理,记录建筑工人的身份信息、培训情况、职业技能、从业记录等信息,逐步实现全覆盖。"近期,全国建筑工人实名制管理平台正式上线,使《意见》得以有效落地执行。
