劳动者休息权之检视

【摘要】：古人云:工欲善其事,必先利其器。张弛有度、劳逸结合的生活方式,不仅对职工的身心健康至为重要,对提高工作效率和工作质量也大有益处。然而,现实中,劳动者的休息权屡屡被侵犯,主要由劳动者自身、企业和社会等方面原因共同使然。如何更好地保障劳动者的休息权,使休息休假制度得以良性实施,无论对职工个人的发展,还是提升企业的竞争力,甚至对整个国民经济的可持续发展和社会的稳定和谐,都有着巨大的社会意义和现实意义。
[Abstract]:The ancients said: if a worker wants to do well, he must first sharpen his weapon. Zhang Chi's lifestyle of combining labor and rest is not only very important for workers' physical and mental health, but also beneficial to the improvement of work efficiency and quality. However, in reality, the workers' right to rest has been infringed, mainly by the laborer themselves, enterprises and society and other reasons. How to better protect the workers' right to rest, so that the rest and leave system can be put into practice, not only to the individual development of the workers and staff, but also to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises, even to the sustainable development of the whole national economy and the stability and harmony of the society. Both have great social and practical significance.
