挪威劳动监察组织体制

【摘要】：劳动监察作为维护劳动者权益的重要强制性手段,负责监督执行有关劳动条件及劳动保护方面的法律规定,劳动监察组织是实施劳动监察的前提条件。挪威劳动监察组织最初主要是基于由市镇议会选举产生的劳动监察委员会,以及受地方政府传统体制的影响而逐步建立起来,形成了综合性国家劳动监察体系与自治性地方劳动监察体系相结合的双元制劳动监察组织。
[Abstract]:As an important compulsory means to safeguard the rights and interests of workers, labor supervision is responsible for supervising and enforcing the relevant legal provisions on labor conditions and labor protection. Labor inspection organization is the prerequisite for the implementation of labor supervision. The Norwegian Labour Inspectorate was initially established primarily on the basis of labour inspection committees elected by municipal councils and influenced by the traditional system of local government. A dual system of labor supervision organization is formed, which combines the comprehensive national labor supervision system with the autonomous local labor supervision system.
