[Abstract]:Full efforts to promote equal consultation and signing collective contracts Chen Zhenming, Lin Shaoshan trade union's basic duty is to maintain. The establishment of equal consultation and the signing of collective contracts are the most concrete embodiment of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers and staff as a whole. Last year, the Trade Union of Fuzhou (Mawei) Development Zone put forward the goal of opening up a new situation of trade union work with the opportunity and breakthrough of implementing the Labor Law, among which it is particularly strong.
