五矿总公司制订商业秘密保护条例

【摘要】：正 为适应社会主义市场经济体制的要求,更好地迎接日益加剧的市场竞争,中国五金矿产进出口总公司最近制订了商业秘密保护条例。据悉,这是各大外贸总公司中率先付诸实施的专项商业秘密保护条例。据了解,五矿总公司制订的商业秘密保护条例,是依照国家颁布的《中华人民共和国公司法》、《中华人民共和国劳动法》和《中华人民共和国反不正当竞争法》以及其它有关法规,结合公司实际制定的,计6章31条。主要内容包括:明确规定了公司商业秘密的内容,并将其划分为绝密级、机密级和秘密级;分别具体提出了对不同密级商业秘密的保护措施;规定了对违反保密纪律,给企业造成经济损失的责任人以行政和经济处罚的具体办法。为使公司的商业秘密保护工作落到实处,五矿总公司将设立保守国家秘密和公司商业秘密委员会,下属各单位均将设立保密小组,从而健全工作

The main contents include: clearly defining the contents of the company's trade secrets, and dividing them into top secret, confidential and secret levels; putting forward specific measures for the protection of trade secrets at different secret levels; and stipulating the violation of confidentiality discipline, Specific measures for administrative and economic punishment of persons responsible for causing economic losses to an enterprise. In order to carry out the work of protecting the company's trade secrets, Minmetals Corporation will set up a committee to keep state secrets and the company's trade secrets, and all subordinate units will set up confidential groups to improve their work.
