[Abstract]:The key to developing the labor market is to cultivate the market mechanism, the third Plenary session of the 14th Central Committee of Bo Yueliang [decision] to establish and improve the labor market as one of the key points of cultivating the market system. Since the beginning of this year, the labor departments at all levels in Shanxi Province have successfully carried out the "four major campaigns" in accordance with the provincial party committee and the provincial government, realized the overall arrangement of the "five one projects," and conscientiously implemented the "Labor Law" in order to cultivate and develop the labor force.
