[Abstract]:In order to strengthen the construction of the labor supervision legal system, in accordance with the deployment requirements of the Ministry of Labor, the Heilongjiang Provincial Labor Department has formulated the "Labor Supervision work system" one after another. Provisional measures for Labor Inspection, and other normative documents. According to the Labor Law, the Administrative punishment Law and other relevant laws and regulations, combined with the reality of our province, the "Heilongjiang Province" labor supervision and inspection regulations were drafted.
