寿光:创新思路找准结合点推动基层调解组织建设上水平

【摘要】:正山东省寿光市劳动人事争议仲裁院紧紧围绕省厅部署的调解仲裁"规范建设年"这一主线,创新工作方式,找准工作结合点、契入点,不断推动基层调解组织建设上水平。一是以劳动争议案件处理为契入点推动企业劳动争议调解委员会的建立。根据上级今年内规模以上非公有制企业调解委员会组建率达到95%以上的要求,仲裁院积极转变工作思路,改变传统的"行政命令"模式,将仲裁案件
[Abstract]:Shouguang City Labor and personnel dispute Arbitration Institute of Shandong Province closely revolves around the main line of "standardized construction year" of mediation arbitration deployed by the provincial and administrative departments, innovates the work mode, finds the right work combination point, and points of contact, and constantly promotes the construction of grass-roots mediation organizations to a higher level. One is to handle labor dispute cases as the point of contact to promote the establishment of enterprise labor dispute mediation committee. According to the requirement that the rate of setting up the mediation committee of non-public-owned enterprises is above 95% this year, the arbitration court will actively change its working thinking, change the traditional "administrative order" mode and arbitrate cases.
