铁路货车钩缓成套检修工艺布局研究

【摘要】: 随着目前铁路货车进一步提速和车辆载重的增加,铁道部近几年针对货车修改了《铁路货车厂修规程》并下发了新的技术文件和标准。目前,多数货车的车钩缓冲装置检修工序流程已经明显落后,工装设备老化陈旧,降低了工作效率,加大了劳动强度,检修质量低下,已不能满足现代生产的需求。本文根据某厂新建车钩缓冲装置检修间工艺改造要求,明确了该厂车钩缓冲装置检修间的设计原则、要求及相关的技术标准等问题,经过设计、加工,为该厂设计制造符合现代生产工艺要求的检修生产线。 在设计过程中,通过对车钩缓冲装置检修工艺要求的分析及旧式车钩缓冲装置检修间在生产能力和技术水平不满足现有生产任务的需求,在生产工艺上也不满足新的检修规程的要求,并且在工艺流程布局、工装设备等方面也严重制约了生产等问题展开论述。在对规程进行认真分析后,结合专业化工艺布局技术,进行系统布局设计,画出工艺流程图,并据此进行检修方案设计及设备选型。在设备选型时,体现了以工装保工艺,以工艺保质量的指导思想。 该厂新建钩缓间的设计方案注重满足满足检修工艺要求和生产能力,因此力求布局方案科学合理,提高了设备自动化程度,不主型设备都采用PC控制,为配合全路的信息化建设,许多设备都设有HMIS数据接口。改造后的钩缓间的检修工艺布局彻底解决了下线检修和作业方式,废除了人工搬运和来往的运输车辆。设计符合各项技术政策,劳动法、环境保护法和定置管理的要求,已成为全路一流的货车车钩缓冲装置检修间。
[Abstract]:With the further speed increase of railway freight cars and the increase of vehicle load, the Ministry of Railways has revised the repair rules of Railway Freight cars and issued new technical documents and standards for freight cars in recent years. At present, the maintenance process of the hook buffer device of most freight cars has been obviously backward, the tooling equipment is old, reduces the working efficiency, increases the labor intensity, and the maintenance quality is low, which can no longer meet the needs of modern production. According to the technological transformation requirements of the maintenance room of the newly built hook buffer device in a factory, this paper clarifies the design principles, requirements and related technical standards of the maintenance room of the hook buffer device in the factory. After design and processing, the maintenance production line in accordance with the requirements of modern production technology is designed and manufactured for the factory. In the process of design, through the analysis of the maintenance process requirements of the hook buffer device and the fact that the production capacity and technical level of the old hook buffer device maintenance room do not meet the needs of the existing production tasks, nor do they meet the requirements of the new maintenance rules in the production process, and the production is seriously restricted in the aspects of process flow layout, tooling equipment and so on. After careful analysis of the rules, combined with the professional process layout technology, the system layout design is carried out, the process flow chart is drawn, and the maintenance scheme design and equipment selection are carried out. In the equipment selection, it embodies the guiding ideology of ensuring the process with tools and ensuring the quality by process. The design scheme of the newly built hook and slow room in this factory pays attention to meeting the maintenance process requirements and production capacity, so the layout scheme is scientific and reasonable, and the degree of equipment automation is improved. PC control is adopted in the non-main equipment. In order to cooperate with the information construction of the whole road, many equipment have HMIS data interface. The overhaul process layout of the reformed hook and buffer has completely solved the mode of off-line maintenance and operation, and abolished the manual handling and transportation vehicles. The design conforms to the requirements of various technical policies, labor laws, environmental protection laws and customized management, and has become a first-class maintenance room for truck hooks and buffers.
