版权代理人与“中国文学走出去”——以《解密》英译本版权输出为例

【摘要】：在中国文学"走出去"的道路上,版权代理人起着举足轻重的作用。本文以麦家的《解密》为例,探讨中国现当代文学英译本版权代理的过程,通过重点分析美国版权代理人的工作机制以及中国作家版权代理现状,论述版权代理人在中国现当代小说英文译本出版中的作用,探寻如何培养中国作家的版权代理人,并加强与海外图书版权代理人合作,进一步推动中国现当代文学在海外的传播。
[Abstract]:Copyright agent plays an important role on the road of "going out" in Chinese literature. Taking Mai Jia's "decryption" as an example, this paper discusses the process of copyright agent in the English translation of modern and contemporary Chinese literature. Based on the analysis of the working mechanism of American copyright agents and the current situation of copyright agents in China, this paper discusses the role of copyright agents in the publication of English versions of modern and contemporary Chinese novels. This paper explores how to train the copyright agents of Chinese writers and strengthen the cooperation with overseas book copyright agents to further promote the spread of Chinese modern and contemporary literature overseas.
