[Abstract]:On November 24th 2014, Premier Li Keqiang signed decree No. 656 of the State Council, the Provisional regulations on Registration of Real Estate (hereinafter referred to as "the regulations"). Since March 1st 2015, the regulations are the important content of implementing the unified registration system of real estate, which provides a more clear legal basis and guarantee for the unified registration of real estate.
