未成年人犯罪原因分析及预防对策

【摘要】：未成年人犯罪问题,不仅仅是法律问题,还是一个社会问题,是社会发展过程中必须加以重视,更要坦然面对和解决的问题。防治未成年人犯罪是一项刻不容缓的任务,也是社会与国家的一项长期而艰巨的任务,这不仅需要法律层面来完善防治未成年人犯罪的对策,更需要完善社会对策,需要净化整体社会环境,采取社会治安综合治理的措施。只有政府、社会、家庭、学校各个方面相互配合,少年司法制度与社区矫治相结合,构建预防未成年犯罪的综合体系,才能达到预防和减少未成年人犯罪的目的。
[Abstract]:The problem of juvenile delinquency, is not only a legal issue, or a social problem, is must be attention in the process of social development, but also to face the problem and solve. The prevention and control of juvenile delinquency is an urgent task, but also a long period of society and nation and arduous task, which requires not only legal level to improve the prevention and treatment of juvenile criminality, but also need to improve the social countermeasures, need to purify the social environment, take the comprehensive management of social security measures. Only the government, society, family, school in all aspects of mutual cooperation, the juvenile justice system and community correction combined to build a comprehensive system of prevention of juvenile crime, in order to achieve the prevention and reduce juvenile crime.
