双环汽车与本田株式会社外观设计专利纠纷案浅析

【摘要】：对社会关注度较高的石家庄双环汽车股份有限公司与本田技研工业株式会社专利纠纷案进行全面梳理与分析,就合理维权与不正当竞争行为的界限、《反不正当竞争法》第2条的适用等问题进行探讨,并针对此案提出相关建议。
[Abstract]:The patent disputes between Shijiazhuang Shuanghuan Automobile Co., Ltd. and Honda Technology Research Industry Co., Ltd., which have a high degree of social concern, are comprehensively combed out and analyzed. This paper discusses the limits of reasonable rights protection and unfair competition behavior, and the application of Article 2 of the Anti-unfair Competition Law, and puts forward some relevant suggestions for this case.
