[Abstract]:Positive samples play a very important role in international transactions based on samples. The parties to the transaction select the quality of the samples, Depending on the determination of the inspection criteria and whether the samples supplied by the buyer infringe the intellectual property rights of others, the key to the success or failure of the transaction is to discuss how to select and deliver samples in the export transaction in the light of two export cases.
