空间收益调控、精明空间租值消散与存量规划应对

【摘要】：随着我国产权制度以及市场配置资源机制的不断完善,空间收益调控及其产权交易成为存量规划实施的重要议题。通过借鉴经济学的和息理论、租值理论,首先辨析了空间收益的产权基础,指出空间收益调控的空间租值消散实质;随后对空间租值消散的形式、过程、特征展开论述;以此为基础,提出"精明空间租值消散"的存量规划理念及其实施存在的挑战;最后,探讨"精明空间租值消散"导向下的存量规划应对策略。
[Abstract]:With China's property rights system and the market allocation mechanism of continuous improvement, space regulation and property rights trading income has become an important issue in the stock plan. With the reference of theory and information economics, rent value theory, firstly analyses the basic spatial property income, real income rent dissipation and pointed out that the spatial regulation of space; the space rent the dissipation of the form, process characteristics is discussed; on this basis, put forward the "stock planning smart space rent dissipation" and its implementation challenges; finally, explore the "smart space rent stock planning strategies." under the guidance.
