编纂民法典,追逐中国梦——专访中国社会科学院学部委员梁慧星

【摘要】：正民法典是民事法律体系化的产物,是民事法律成文化的最高层次,也是大陆法系民法文明的至高境界,民法典在国家治理中发挥重大作用。党的十八届四中全会作出了"加强市场法律制度建设,编纂民法典"的决定,再一次拉开了编纂民法典的序幕。作为民法典编纂的基础性工程,民法典体系的构建关系着整部民法典的质量与水平。为此,本刊记者就民法典体系的构建问题,专程访问了中国社会科学院学部委员梁慧星教授。
