以期刊为例论编辑过程中的侵权风险及其规避策略

【摘要】：本文以期刊为例,通过探讨"文责自负"这一颇具争议的话题,指明了期刊社和期刊编辑规避侵权风险的必要性,继而对编辑出版的各个阶段,包括选题策划与组稿、审稿、编辑加工过程中容易产生的侵权风险进行了总结与分析,并提出了相应的规避策略。
[Abstract]:Taking periodicals as an example, this paper points out the necessity of avoiding the risk of infringement by journal agencies and editors by discussing the controversial topic of "the ego of literary responsibility", and then reviews the various stages of editing and publishing, including selecting topics, planning and organizing manuscripts, and reviewing manuscripts. This paper summarizes and analyzes the risk of tort in the process of editing, and puts forward the corresponding strategies to avoid it.
