个人信息权等新型民事权利引热议

【摘要】：正科技进步带动了社会发展,也带来了一系列问题。民法典被称作"权利宝典",保护民事权利是其核心要义。为了适应互联网和大数据时代发展的需要、体现时代精神、更好地保护人们的合法权益,民法总则草案二审稿加强了对个人信息权等新型民事权利的保护。审议期间,这些新型民事权利引起了与会人员的关注和热议。
[Abstract]:Progress in science and technology has led to social development, but also brought a series of problems. The Civil Code is called the "right Code", the protection of civil rights is its core. In order to meet the needs of the development of the Internet and big data, embody the spirit of the times and better protect the legitimate rights and interests of people, the second draft of the Civil Law strengthens the protection of new civil rights, such as the right to personal information. During the deliberation, these new civil rights aroused the attendees' attention and heated discussion.
