我国政府数据开放中的个人隐私保护问题与对策

【摘要】：文章从政策与法律法规保障、个人隐私保护机构和政府数据开放平台三个方面对我国政府数据开放中的个人隐私保护问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策。这些对策包括制定政府数据开放和隐私保护相关政策法规,建立个人隐私保护权威机构,进行严格的数据审查,制定统一的数据脱敏处理标准规范以及规范个人信息的开放。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the issues of personal privacy protection in China's government data opening from three aspects: policies and laws and regulations, personal privacy protection agencies and government data open platform, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. These countermeasures include making relevant policies and regulations of government data opening and privacy protection, establishing personal privacy protection authority, carrying out strict data review, formulating unified data desensitization standards, and standardizing the opening of personal information.
