【摘要】：正陶鑫良教授从事知识产权教学、研究与法律服务已经整整三十年,现任上海大学知识产权学院院长、温州知识产权学院院长、大成(上海)律师事务所知识产权部主任等;兼任国家知识产权专家咨询委员会委员、上海市政府知识产权咨询专家委员会副主任、中国知识产权法学研究会副会长等。他曾获"全国专利工作者个人"、"全国知识产权先进工作者"、"全国知识产权最有影响力的人物"等荣誉;也曾被评选为"上海优秀民事代理律师"(上海市律师协会)、"2014中国知识产权诉讼律
[Abstract]:Professor Tao Xinliang is engaged in the intellectual property teaching, research and legal service for 30 years, now the director of the intellectual property college of Shanghai University, the director of Wenzhou Intellectual Property College, director of intellectual property department of the law firm of Dacheng (Shanghai), etc.; He also serves as a member of the State Intellectual Property Expert Advisory Committee, the Deputy Director of the Intellectual Property Advisory Committee of the Shanghai Municipal Government, and the vice-president of the China Intellectual Property Law Association.
