灌区渠系建筑物安全鉴定研究及软件系统开发

【摘要】:灌区是农业的命脉,是国民经济的基础,是世界以及国家粮食安全的保障。我国灌区工程大部分始建于建国初期,由于工程设计和施工标准低,配套不全,在自然环境和人为因素的影响下,渠系建筑物的材料性能和受力状态不断变化,加上管理运营不当,工程老化失修,致使病害发生、发展,功能下降,灌区的渠系建筑物不同程度地都出现了老化病害以及损害现象,部分工程设施已经不能正常发挥其功能,工程效益受到了极大的影响,国家粮食安全受到了一定程度的威胁。灌区工程的老化病害以及损害及其带来的灌溉面积萎缩,已引起了各级政府和各有关部门的关注,国家逐步加大了灌区加固改造与续建配套的投入力度,为灌区渠系建筑物老化病害以及损害治理提供了极好的机遇。 渠系建筑物安全鉴定,是灌区可持续发展的基础,是灌区加固改造与更新改造工作的重要环节之一。为确保建设质量和建设资金的有效使用、提高改造水平和效益、提高灌区管理水平,必须对渠系建筑物的老化病害以及损害进行全面、系统和科学的安全性评价。主要内容及成果如下: (1)修改与完善灌区渠系建筑物安全鉴定指标体系。 以前期研究为基础,针对各类渠系建筑物的不同特征,以水力影响因素和结构影响因素为准则,遵循评估体系的构造与灌区渠系建筑物的特征相一致的原则,利用层次结构把一个复杂的结构分解成若干部件和构件的方法,修改和完善了各类渠系建筑物的安全鉴定指标体系。 (2)修订灌区渠系建筑物安全鉴定标准。 针对不同的渠系建筑物,以安全鉴定指标体系为基础,根据实测值的划分标准,结合灌区的具体情况,对灌区渠系建筑物安全鉴定标准进行了修订。 (3)建立三种灌区渠系建筑物安全鉴定数学模型。 运用专家评价法的原理,通过专家们对各类渠系建筑物运行状况的现场评定,建立专家评价法模型;以模糊数学为工具,利用层次分析法计算各级指标的权重,建立模糊综合评价数学模型,分别对灌区渠系建筑物进行定性和定量的安全鉴定。综合比较两种方法的优缺点,根据两种方法的鉴定结果,采用会商法,对灌区渠系建筑物进行最终的鉴定。 (4)安全评估与分析。 根据安全鉴定计算得到的鉴定结果,按照不同的渠系建筑物进行鉴定结果的统计分析,各类渠系建筑物统计内容划分为4个层次:功能状态、结构变形情况、结构破损情况、地基基础情况,得出灌区各类渠系建筑物的整体安全状况。 (5)开发灌区渠系建筑物安全鉴定软件系统。 选用WIN XP中文平台为开发环境,,采用Visual Basic6.0为前端开发工具,以桌面数据库系统Access2003为底层数据库平台,采用ADO技术访问操作数据库,以现今流行的面向对象方法为程序设计方法,开发出灌区渠系建筑物安全鉴定软件系统。软件系统主要包含了9个功能模块,分别是灌区基本信息管理模块、灌区建筑物基本信息管理模块、无损检测模块、安全鉴定模块、鉴定结果统计查询模块、建筑物基本情况统计模块、安全评估与分析模块、系统设置模块和帮助模块。 (6)灌区渠系建筑物安全鉴定软件系统的应用。 以兴电灌区为例,对其总干渠上的“总干1#公路桥”进行安全鉴定计算。鉴定结果表明,软件系统在实现兴电灌区渠系建筑物安全鉴定计算功能方面运行良好,专家评价法、模糊综合评价法以及会商法用于计算灌区渠系建筑物安全等级的鉴定是可行的。软件系统界面友好、操作方便、易于维护,计算高效准确,从而实现了渠系建筑物安全鉴定工作的标准化、程序化,具有良好的应用前景和实用价值。
[Abstract]:Irrigation is the lifeblood of agriculture is the foundation of the national economy, is the world and national food security. Most irrigation project in China was built in the early days, due to the engineering design and construction of low standard, incomplete supporting, in the natural environment and human factors, changing the material properties of canal system structures and stress state, plus improper management and operation, resulting in engineering ageing disrepair, the occurrence of disease, development, functional decline, canal building irrigation in different degrees have emerged aging disease and damage phenomenon, some engineering facilities can not play its normal function and benefits of the project has been greatly affected, subject to a certain degree of threat to national food safety. The aging disease and damage of irrigation projects and the irrigation area is shrinking, has caused governments at all levels and relevant departments concerned, the state gradually increase the irrigation area Strengthening supporting the transformation of investment and construction, provides a good chance for the governance of irrigation canal system buildings aging disease and damage.
Canal building safety appraisal, is the foundation of the sustainable development of irrigation, is an important part of the reform and renovation of the irrigation district. Strengthening the construction quality and to ensure the effective use of construction funds, improve the level and efficiency of transformation, improve the management level of irrigation area, must be on the canal building aging disease and damage to conduct a comprehensive safety evaluation. Systematic and scientific. The main contents and results are as follows:
(1) modify and improve the safety appraisal index system of the canal system building in irrigation area.
Based on the previous research, according to the different characteristics of various types of canal building, the factors and structure of hydraulic impact as the criterion, consistent feature structure and irrigation canal system buildings follow the principles of the evaluation system, the use of hierarchical decomposition of a complex structure into several parts and components, modification and perfection the safety appraisal index system of canal building.
(2) revising the safety appraisal standard of the canal system building in irrigation area.
According to different canal system buildings, based on the safety identification index system, according to the division standard of the measured values, combined with the specific situation of irrigation area, the safety appraisal standard of irrigation canal system is revised.
(3) establish a mathematical model for the safety appraisal of three kinds of canal system buildings.
By using the principle of expert evaluation method, the experts on the operation condition of building all kinds of canal site assessment, the expert evaluation method to establish model; fuzzy mathematics as a tool, using AHP to calculate the weight of each index, establish the mathematical model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, qualitative and quantitative safety appraisal separately for irrigation canal system of the building. Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods, according to the identification results of the two methods, the law will, the final identification of irrigation canal system buildings.
(4) safety assessment and analysis.
According to the identification results of safety appraisal calculated, statistical analysis results were identified according to the canal system structures of different types of canal building statistical content is divided into 4 levels: function, structure deformation, structure damage, the foundation, the overall security situation that all kinds of irrigation canal buildings.
(5) developing the software system for the safety appraisal of the canal system buildings in the irrigation area.
The WIN XP Chinese platform for the development environment, using Visual Basic6.0 as the front-end development tools, based on the desktop database system Access2003 as the database platform, using ADO technology to access the database, the program design method based on object oriented method is popular nowadays, the development of irrigation canal system building safety identification software system. The software system mainly includes 9 function modules are irrigation irrigation structures the basic information management module, the basic information management module, nondestructive detection module, security identification module, the identification results of the statistical inquiry module, the basic situation of building safety evaluation and statistics module, analysis module, system setting module and help module.
(6) the application of the software system for the safety appraisal of the canal system buildings in the irrigation area.
In Xingdian Irrigation District as an example, the security identification calculation of its main canal on the total dry 1# highway bridge. The identification results show that the calculation function of software system runs well in the implementation of the safety appraisal of Xingdian Irrigation District canal building, expert evaluation method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and commercial law for the identification calculation of irrigation canal system safety grade of buildings is feasible. The software system has friendly interface, convenient operation, easy maintenance, high calculation accuracy, so as to realize the safety appraisal of canal building work standardization, procedures, and has a good application prospect and practical value.
