吐鲁番葡萄产业集群研究

【摘要】：产业集群是20世纪60年代以后世界工业发展中的一种非常重要的现象,现已成为当今世界经济发展的主流之一。在建设新型工业化的大潮中,产业集聚或产业集群正成为我国越来越多地区重要的发展战略抉择。发展现代农业产业,离不开工业化的理念指导,必须用产业集聚或产业集群的理念来谋划农业。发达国家农业产业集群理论研究和发展实践已经较为成熟,一些依托农业产业集群的特色农业产业已经成为一些国家的国民经济支柱产业,这些产业的专业化和规模化使这些国家都具有独特竞争优势。我国的农业产业集群总体还处于起步阶段,随着我国农业经济的发展和农业增长方式的转变,我国许多地方出现了农业产业集群现象。吐鲁番地区葡萄资源丰富,葡萄产业发展迅速,并且显示出了一定的集群优势。本文以产业集群和农业产业集群的相关理论为基础,根据吐鲁番葡萄产业的实际情况,分析了吐鲁番葡萄产业发展的现状。本文采用区位商法,考察吐鲁番地区葡萄产业集群现象。区位商计算结果表明,吐鲁番地区葡萄产业聚集程度较高,存在集群现象。本文还采用GEM模型对吐鲁番地区葡萄产业集群进行研究,评价了集群的竞争力并总结了葡萄产业集群中存在的一些问题。最后在这些分析研究的基础上提出了吐鲁番葡萄产业集群发展的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Industrial cluster is a very important phenomenon in the world industrial development after 1960s, and has become one of the mainstream of the world economic development. Industrial agglomeration or industrial cluster is becoming an important strategic choice in more and more regions of our country. We must use the idea of industrial agglomeration or industrial cluster to plan agriculture. Some characteristic agricultural industries relying on agricultural industrial clusters have become the pillar industries of the national economy of some countries. The specialization and scale of these industries make these countries have unique competitive advantages. The agricultural industrial cluster in China is still in its infancy. With the development of agricultural economy and the transformation of agricultural growth mode, agricultural industrial cluster has appeared in many parts of our country. Grape industry develops rapidly, and shows certain cluster advantage. Based on the relevant theories of industrial cluster and agricultural industrial cluster, this paper analyzes the present situation of the development of Turpan grape industry according to the actual situation of Turpan grape industry. The result of location quotient calculation shows that there is a high degree of agglomeration of grape industry in Turpan area, and there is a phenomenon of cluster phenomenon. The paper also studies the grape industry cluster in Turpan area by using GEM model. The competitiveness of the cluster was evaluated and some problems existed in the grape industry cluster were summarized. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Turpan grape industry cluster were put forward on the basis of these analysis and research.
