基于工作过程导向的高职国际商法实务教材开发

【摘要】：工学结合培养国际商贸实践工作能力与涉法事务处理能力兼备的复合型人才,是当前我国高职国际商贸类专业改革的难点和重点,而与之相配套的工作过程导向教材开发则是其重要支撑。基于工作过程导向开发的《国际商法实务》教材,以培养学生国际商贸涉法事务处理能力为出发点,以典型工作任务为主线,结合大量的实例和案例,采用"任务驱动"和"学做结合"的教育理念组织教材内容,引导学生从课堂走向国际商贸实践。
[Abstract]:It is a difficult and important point in the reform of international trade and trade specialty in our country at present that the combination of engineering and learning should train the compound talents with both the ability of international trade practice and the ability of dealing with legal affairs. The corresponding work process oriented textbook development is an important support. Based on the work process oriented development of the International Commercial Law practice textbook, the starting point is to develop the students' ability of dealing with the international trade and legal affairs. Taking the typical work task as the main line, combining with a large number of examples and cases, the educational concept of "task-driven" and "combination of learning and doing" is adopted to organize the teaching material content and guide the students from the classroom to the international commercial practice.
