日本国内舆论对日本近代修约过程的影响

【摘要】：德川幕府后期,西方列强用武力叩开了日本锁国的大门,强迫幕府签订了一系列不平等条约。这些不平等条约中的有关领事裁判权,关税自主权,片面最惠国待遇等条款的规定,严重的损害了日本的国家主权和民族独立,因此,废除不平等条约对致力于追赶欧美国家,推进现代化的近代日本来说,无疑是重大的外交课题。从明治维新开始,在仅仅四十年的时间里,日本就摆脱了不平等条约的束缚,走上了独立自主的资本主义道路,不平等条约的修正,对近现代的日本政治,经济,文化,社会发展都产生了重大的影响。对此的研究,有助于了解明治维新后日本资本主义发展和日本社会变化的来龙去脉。因此,有必要对日本近代修约过程进行系统而全面的研究。日本作为一个半殖民地国家,在当时西方列强加强殖民统治和扩张的年代,是如何完成这一任务的呢?本论文在先行研究的基础上。旨在通过对日本修约背景、过程、效果的分析,对日本国内舆论对修约过程的影响进行比较系统的研究。探讨如何实现国内舆论与外交工作的协调,分析日本修约过程中值得借鉴和学习的地方。并研究修约过程中,国际形势、国内舆论、政治人物、思想启蒙运动、自由民权运动等因素是如何相互影响,从而推动日本修约成功。
[Abstract]:In the late period of Tokugawa's shogunate, Western powers forced the shogunate to sign a series of unequal treaties. The provisions of these unequal treaties relating to consular jurisdiction, customs autonomy, one-sided most-favoured-nation treatment, and so on, have seriously damaged Japan's national sovereignty and national independence. Therefore, the abolition of unequal treaties has made efforts to catch up with European and American countries. To promote the modernization of modern Japan, it is undoubtedly a major diplomatic subject. Starting from the Meiji Restoration, in just 40 years, Japan has freed itself from the bondage of unequal treaties and embarked on an independent capitalist path, the amendment of unequal treaties, and the modern Japanese politics, economy, and culture. Social development has had a major impact. The study is helpful to understand the development of Japanese capitalism and the development of Japanese society after Meiji Restoration. Therefore, it is necessary to make a systematic and comprehensive study on the process of treaty revision in modern Japan. As a semi-colonial country, how did Japan accomplish this task when the Western powers strengthened their colonial rule and expansion? This paper is based on the first research. Through the analysis of the background, process and effect of the treaty revision in Japan, this paper makes a systematic study on the influence of Japanese domestic public opinion on the treaty revision process. This paper discusses how to realize the coordination of domestic public opinion and diplomatic work, and analyzes the areas that Japan should learn from in the process of amending the treaty. It also studies how the international situation, domestic public opinion, political figures, ideological enlightenment and liberal civil rights movement influence each other in the process of treaty revision, thus promoting the success of the treaty revision in Japan.
