宪政的经济因素

【摘要】：宪政包含了很多因素,无论是政治、经济还是文化领域,这些因素都促使宪政产生、发展和完善。而在这众多的因素中,经济因素有着十分重要的作用和意义。宪政的生命根植于经济的土壤之中,宪政是一种政治体制,其作为上层建筑的一部分,同样受经济基础的决定。一个国家的经济状况可以决定该国的政治制度的性质,并可以从该国的政治制度中表现出来,任何一个国家的政治制度本身及其运行过程也都体现了一定的经济性质。宪政与经济的相互依存与协调发展正是现代国家走向文明的必由之路 本文分四个部分来论述宪政的经济因素,包括宪政的产生、宪政的评价、宪政的运行以及宪政的发展。这四个部分正是宪政的四个阶段,而每一个阶段里都有不可或缺的经济的因素。
[Abstract]:Constitutionalism contains many factors, whether in politics, economy or culture, all of which make constitutionalism come into being, develop and perfect. In these many factors, economic factors have a very important role and significance. The life of constitutionalism is rooted in the soil of economy. Constitutionalism is a kind of political system, which, as a part of superstructure, is also determined by the economic basis. The economic situation of a country can determine the nature of its political system, and can be shown from the political system of that country. The political system itself and its operation process of any country also reflect the certain economic nature. The interdependence and coordinated development of constitutionalism and economy is the only way for modern countries to move towards civilization. This paper discusses the economic factors of constitutionalism in four parts, including the emergence of constitutionalism and the evaluation of constitutionalism. The operation of constitutionalism and the development of constitutionalism. These four parts are the four stages of constitutionalism, and there are indispensable economic factors in each stage.
