我国民族区域自治制度的宪法文本分析

【摘要】：我国是一个由56个民族组成的统一多民族国家,正是由于采取了民族区域自治制度,使得国家各民族相互团结、互相帮助,国家繁荣,国势蒸蒸日上。因此,民族区域自治制度作为一项基本国策将长期存在。宪法是我国的根本大法,对宪法中有关于民族区域自治制度的研究有着重要意义。本文将采用文本分析的方法,对宪法文本中民族区域自治制度的相关规定作简要的分析,从而提出对宪法文本中有关民族区域自治制度条款的评述。 本文分三部分来论述我国民族区域自治制度的宪法文本分析,第一部分是对宪法文本分析这种分析方法作简要论述,宪法文本分析包括对文本分析、文本分析法、宪法文本分析等几个概念的解释,同时明确宪法文本分析较其他分析方法的特点。第二部分是对现行宪法文本中有关于民族区域自治制度的相关规定的解释和评述性阐述。第三部分是对宪法文本中关于民族区域自治制度条文的一点完善意见和建议,同时对宪法文本中关于民族区域自治制度条文体例安排作简要评述。
[Abstract]:China is a unified multi-ethnic country composed of 56 nationalities. It is precisely because of the adoption of the system of regional national autonomy that the various nationalities of the country unite and help each other, the country is prosperous, and the country is flourishing day by day. Therefore, regional national autonomy system as a basic state policy will exist for a long time. Constitution is the fundamental law of our country. This article will use the text analysis method to make the brief analysis to the constitution text in the constitution text related stipulation of the national regional autonomy system, thus puts forward the comment to the constitution text related to the national regional autonomy system clause. This paper is divided into three parts to discuss the analysis of the constitutional text of the system of regional national autonomy in China. The first part is a brief discussion on the analysis method of the text of the constitution. The analysis of the text of the constitution includes the analysis of the text, and the analysis of the text. At the same time, it clarifies the characteristics of constitutional text analysis compared with other analytical methods. The second part is the interpretation and commentary of the relevant provisions of the current constitution about regional national autonomy system. In the third part, the author makes a brief comment on the system of regional national autonomy in the text of the Constitution, and makes a brief comment on the style arrangement of the provisions of the system of regional national autonomy in the text of the Constitution.
