【摘要】：基层民警执法过程中暴露出的许多问题亟需解决,而其中遭遇的执法风险问题较为突出。这就需要我们结合现实案例对当前形势下的执法风险进行归类,从制度建设、执法环境、执法对象和民警自身等影响因素入手分析,从完善立法、加强警务保障、提升民警自身素质和执法能力、多角度优化执法环境等方面进行改革,以期对基层民警在执法中规避执法风险、保障自身权益提供建议和策略。
[Abstract]:To many of the problems exposed in the process of police law enforcement, law enforcement risk and the problems are more prominent. This requires that we combined with the reality of the case of law enforcement risk under the current situation are classified, from system construction, the environment of law enforcement, law enforcement and police object factors themselves, in order to perfect the legislation, strengthen the police security, the police to improve their quality and ability of law enforcement, reform aspects of the optimization of the law enforcement environment, in order to avoid the risk of law enforcement police in law enforcement, to protect their own interests to provide suggestions and strategies.
