刍议我国现行传媒法规汇编正式版本的编制

【摘要】：建议由国务院法制办牵头,中宣部组织相关专业人士参与编制《中华人民共和国传媒法规汇编》正式版本。1为传媒业职岗培训、新闻院校专业教学及传媒法治建设的普法宣传提供权威的系统化的规范文本,以利于我国传媒法制综合意识和整体观念的建构。
[Abstract]:It is suggested that the legal Affairs Office of the State Council take the lead, and the CPC Central propaganda Department organize relevant professionals to participate in the compilation of official version .1 of the Compendium of Media laws and regulations of the people's Republic of China. The professional teaching of journalism colleges and the popularization of law in the construction of media rule of law provide authoritative and systematic normative text, which is conducive to the construction of the comprehensive consciousness and the whole concept of media legal system in our country.
