【摘要】：安顺地戏作为屯堡文化的典型代表,被称为“中国戏剧活化石”,对于学术研究具有重要意义。目前国内外学者就安顺地戏的研究大多集中在民族学、人类学等领域,从法学角度进行研究的学术论文则大多集中于安顺地戏的司法救济保护问题。而就某一具体屯堡村落进行的地戏法律保护调查研究却较为少见。鉴于此,本文就以屯堡社区中某一具体村落——安顺市天龙村为调查点,对该村的地戏法律保护状况进行调查研究。文章在结构上分为五个部分:第一部分,绪论。本部分主要介绍了选题背景及意义,研究目的及研究方法,研究内容及主要观点。安顺地戏作为屯堡文化的典型代表,具有丰富的学术价值与人文价值。本文以安顺市天龙村为调查点,通过访谈,调查问卷等方式对该村的地戏法律保护状况进行调查研究,发现其中的问题并提出了解决问题的建议。第二部分,调研基本情况概述。包括选择安顺市天龙村的理由,调研经过和调研方法等三个部分的介绍。第三部分,调研资料整理与分析。包括对调研资料的整理和分析等两个部分。第四部分,调研结论及建议。包括指出安顺地戏在法律保护过程中存在的问题,以及就这些问题提出相关的保护建议等两个部分。并希望可以以此促进安顺地戏的可持续发展。第五部分,结语。通过对前面四个部分内容的回顾,指出了对安顺地戏进行法律保护的必要性和紧迫性,提出了对安顺地戏进行法律保护的建议。只有这样才能使该非物质文化遗产长久留存。
[Abstract]:As a typical representative of Tunpu culture, Anshundi Opera is called "living fossil of Chinese Drama", which is of great significance to academic research. At present, most of the researches on Anshundi Opera by domestic and foreign scholars are concentrated in the fields of ethnology, anthropology, etc. Most of the academic papers from the angle of law focus on the judicial relief and protection of Anshun Di Opera. However, the investigation and research on the legal protection of the local opera in a specific village of Tunbao is relatively rare. In view of this, This article takes Anshun Tianlong Village, a concrete village in Tunbao community, as the investigation point, and makes an investigation and research on the legal protection of the village. The article is divided into five parts in structure: the first part, Introduction. This part mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic, research purposes and research methods, research content and main points of view. Anshundi Opera as a typical representative of Tunbao culture, This article takes Anshun Tianlong Village as the investigation point, through the interview, the questionnaire and so on, carries on the investigation and the research to the village land drama legal protection situation, the article takes the Anshun Tianlong Village as the investigation point, through the interview, the questionnaire and so on, The second part, an overview of the basic situation of the investigation, including the reasons for choosing Tianlong Village in Anshun City, the course of investigation and the methods of investigation. Including pointing out the problems existing in the legal protection process of Anshundi Opera. And put forward related protection suggestions on these issues, and hope to promote the sustainable development of Anshundi Opera. Part 5th, conclusion. Through the review of the contents of the first four parts, This paper points out the necessity and urgency of the legal protection of Anshundi Opera, and puts forward some suggestions for the legal protection of Anshundi Opera. Only in this way, the intangible cultural heritage can be preserved for a long time.
