太极资本:中医在泰国立法的启示

【摘要】："太极资本"概念的提出考虑到中医特有的宇宙观,同时吸纳了布迪厄有关社会实践场域的资本论述。中医之所以在泰国能立法成功,泰国中医共同体的游说组织手段、中医的文化象征符号运用,以及中医知识的传播等,为中医在泰国获得合法地位发挥了重要作用。具体而言,为了争取中医立法,泰国中医界一方面巧妙宣扬中医哲理之美和疗效之妙,另一方面,他们将中医治疗与泰国盛行的佛教功德观及其多元医学环境积极契合,使得中医在泰国获得认可并成功立法。
[Abstract]:The concept of "Taiji Capital" takes into account the unique view of the universe of traditional Chinese medicine, and at the same time absorbs Bourdieu's capital exposition on the field of social practice. The reason for the successful legislation of traditional Chinese medicine in Thailand is the lobbying organization of the Thai Community of Chinese Medicine. The use of cultural symbols of traditional Chinese medicine and the dissemination of knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine have played an important role in the legal status of traditional Chinese medicine in Thailand. Specifically, in order to strive for the legislation of traditional Chinese medicine, On the one hand, the Thai traditional Chinese medicine industry skillfully preaches the beauty of traditional Chinese medicine philosophy and the beauty of curative effect, on the other hand, they combine the traditional Chinese medicine treatment with the prevailing view of Buddhist merit and virtue in Thailand and their pluralistic medical environment, so that Chinese medicine can be recognized and legislated successfully in Thailand.
