国家关键信息基础设施安全保护面临的形势和任务

【摘要】：近日,经中央网络安全和信息化领导小组批准,首次全国范围的关键信息基础设施网络安全检查工作已经启动,这是落实习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神的重要举措,也是在网络安全新形势下,针对全国关键信息基础设施网络安全保护开展的全局性、基础性工作。准确把握国家安全形势变化的新特点新趋势,在网络安全领域坚持总体国家安全观,坚决维护国家关键信息基础设施安全,是我们当前最重要最紧迫的任务之一。本刊特邀请信息安全等级保护专家、公安部网络安全保卫局总工程师郭启全撰文,总结回顾近年来公安部门在保障国家关键信息基础设施安全方面的重要举措,分析当前国家关键信息基础设施保护面临的形势任务,并提出保护国家关键信息基础设施安全的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Recently, with the approval of the Central Network Security and Informatization leading Group, the first nationwide inspection of the network security of key information infrastructure has been launched, which is an important measure to implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important speeches. Also under the new situation of network security, aiming at the overall and basic work of the network security protection of the national key information infrastructure, and accurately grasping the new characteristics and new trends of the changes in the national security situation, In the field of network security, we insist on the overall national security concept and resolutely safeguard the security of the state's key information infrastructure, which is our most important and most urgent Ren Wuzhi at present. This magazine specially invites experts on the level of information security protection. Guo Qiquan, chief engineer of the Network Security Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, wrote an article summarizing and reviewing the important measures taken by the public security department in recent years to ensure the security of the state's key information infrastructure. This paper analyzes on the current situation and tasks facing the protection of national critical information infrastructure, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for protecting the security of the national key information infrastructure.
