网购食品安全监管策略

【摘要】：网络食品交易具有跨地域、虚拟性、隐秘性、多样化等特点,传统的市场监管方式已经不能适应网购食品安全监管的需求。本文运用互联网思维,针对网络食品安全监管的问题提出:传统的食品安全监管应借鉴"开放、共享、平等、协作"的互联网精神,转变监管思路,充分运用网络及IT技术手段,创新互联网监管方式,让"互联网+"食品安全监管模式真正发挥效力。
[Abstract]:The online food transaction has the characteristics of cross-region, virtual, secret and diversification. The traditional market supervision method can no longer meet the needs of the online food safety supervision. Aiming at the problem of network food safety supervision, the paper puts forward that traditional food safety supervision should draw lessons from the Internet spirit of "openness, sharing, equality and cooperation", change the way of supervision and make full use of network and IT technology means. Innovation of Internet regulatory mode, so that the "Internet" food safety regulatory model to play a real role.
