保障性住房规划设计与创新模式的研究

【摘要】：保障性住房是与商品性住房相对应的一个概念,保障性住房是指政府为中低收入住房困难家庭所提供的限定租金或价格、限定标准的住房,一般由政策性租赁住房、经济适用住房和廉租住房构成。随着经济的发展和劳动力需求增长,居住问题成为关注的焦点。目前,我国正在逐渐完善有关保障性住房的法律政策、研究资金来源、加强保障性住房内部生活设施的建设,却缺少有关保障性住房标准、规划设计的研究,尤其是在人口老龄化加剧的情况下,有关老年住宅的研究更是少之又少。因此,不仅要对相关的制度、政策进行了解,更要深入研究人口老龄化情况下保障性住房问题以及符合中低收入家庭住房要求的规划设计,希望对保障性住房的建设提供一些建设性的参考。为此,本文将搜集资料,结合相关资料对保障性住房的相关基本概念进行介绍,对保障性住房的规划设计深入探讨分析,对当前保障性住房应该重视的问题进行探索性的研究,最后针对论文研究的内容做出总结。
[Abstract]:Indemnificatory housing is a concept corresponding to commercial housing, which refers to the limited rent or price provided by the government for families with low and middle income housing difficulties, and the limited standard housing, which is generally provided by policy-oriented rental housing. The composition of affordable housing and low-cost housing. With the development of economy and the growth of labor demand, the housing problem has become the focus of attention. At present, our country is gradually improving the legal policy on affordable housing and studying the sources of funds. Strengthening the construction of internal living facilities of affordable housing, but the lack of research on the standard of affordable housing, planning and design, especially in the case of an ageing population, the research on the elderly housing is even less. We should not only understand the relevant systems and policies, but also study in depth the issue of affordable housing in the context of an ageing population and the planning and design of housing that meets the housing requirements of low- and middle-income families. I hope to provide some constructive reference for the construction of affordable housing. For this reason, this paper will collect data, combined with relevant information to introduce the basic concepts of affordable housing, and discuss and analyze the planning and design of affordable housing. The current affordable housing should pay attention to the problem of exploratory research, and finally the content of the paper to make a summary.
