城市少数民族流动人口的权益保障——基于安徽省芜湖市的实地调查

【摘要】：本文以安徽省芜湖市为样本,运用文献梳理和实证调研相结合的方法,分析了芜湖市少数民族流动人口权益保障的现状。认为解决城市少数民族流动人口权益保障问题应从法律规范、推进户籍改革、加大财政投入、提高服务水平、加强民族融合等方面入手,以有利于我国的新型城镇化建设,建立和谐的民族关系,维护社会稳定。
[Abstract]:This paper takes Wuhu City, Anhui Province as a sample, and combines literature combing with empirical investigation. This paper analyzes the present situation of the protection of the rights and interests of the minority floating population in Wuhu city, and points out that to solve the problem of the protection of the rights and interests of the minority floating population in the city, we should promote the reform of household registration, increase the financial input and improve the service level. In order to improve the construction of new urbanization, to establish harmonious ethnic relations and to maintain social stability.
