【摘要】：在金融全球化的背景下,金融逐渐占据了经济的核心地位,金融行政监管制度也随之发生了改变,在混业经营愈演愈烈的前提下,各个国家对金融活动的监管也有进一步的认识。美国金融危机让各国政府认识到金融行政监管的重要性,各个国家对自身的金融行政监管方式进行改革,逐步完善金融行政监管制度,在加强金融监管的同时,放松金融管制,实现稳定国民经济发展的目的。随着金融行业不断创新,金融交易活动日新月异,探讨我国金融行政监管存在的问题,并提出解决问题的方法,有利于保护我国金融市场的交易秩序,为防范和化解金融危机提供了必要的制度保障。因此,本文从金融行政监管制度基础理论出发,追溯我国金融行政监管制度的发展历程,思考我国金融行政监管制度存在的问题,借鉴国外先进的金融行政监管理念,为解决我国金融行政监管提出建议,为我国金融行政监管制度的完善提供微薄之力。
[Abstract]:Under the background of financial globalization, finance has gradually occupied the core position of the economy, and the financial administrative supervision system has also changed.Countries also have a better understanding of the regulation of financial activities.The American financial crisis has made the governments of various countries realize the importance of financial administrative supervision. Each country has reformed its own financial administrative supervision methods, gradually improved the financial administrative supervision system, and relaxed financial regulation while strengthening financial supervision.To achieve the goal of stabilizing the development of the national economy.With the continuous innovation of the financial industry and the rapid changes of the financial transaction activities, the problems existing in the supervision of financial administration in China are discussed, and the methods to solve the problems are put forward, which will help to protect the transaction order of the financial market in our country.To prevent and resolve the financial crisis to provide the necessary institutional protection.Therefore, based on the basic theory of financial administrative supervision system, this paper traces the development course of our country's financial administrative supervision system, ponders the problems existing in our country's financial administrative supervision system, and draws lessons from the advanced ideas of foreign financial administrative supervision system.In order to solve the problem of financial administrative supervision in our country, it provides a meager contribution to the perfection of our financial administrative supervision system.
