【摘要】：正一个现代化国家必然是法治国家,一支现代化军队必然是法治军队。十八大以来,习主席对加强依法治军从严治军作出一系列重要论述,明确指出依法治军从严治军是强军之基,依法治军从严治军是我们党建军治军的基本方略,深刻阐明了依法治军从严治军的战略地位、根本原则和目标任务,丰富发展了党的军事指导理论,是新形势下深入推进依法治军从严治军的科学指南和根本遵循。一、坚持把党对军队绝对领导作为深入推进依法
