【摘要】：商会制度是现代市场经济体制的重要组成部分,对民营经济的发展和全面建成小康社会具有重大现实意义。制度因素对于民间商会的发展至关重要。由此,为促进民间商会的健康发展,迫切需要弥补商会立法的缺失,制定一部统一的商会法,准确定位商会、行业协会的独立地位,并为商会的可持续发展提供理性的制度框架。
[Abstract]:Chamber of Commerce system is an important part of the modern market economy system, which is of great practical significance for the development of private economy and the building of a well-off society in an all-round way.Institutional factors are of great importance to the development of private chambers of commerce.Therefore, in order to promote the healthy development of the Chamber of Commerce, it is urgent to make up for the lack of legislation of the Chamber of Commerce, formulate a unified law of the Chamber of Commerce, and accurately position the independent status of the Chamber of Commerce and the trade association.And for the sustainable development of the Chamber of Commerce to provide a rational institutional framework.
