浅谈我国食品安全政府监管的法律责任追究制度

【摘要】：近年来,食品安全事件屡见不鲜,解决食品安全问题刻不容缓,建立有效的食品安全政府监管法律责任追究机制,对解决食品安全问题有重要的意义。我国现行的法律中对食品安全政府监管法律责任方面有着一系列的规定,成为食品安全政府监管法律责任追究的依据,然而在目前我国的食品安全政府监管法律责任追究机制中还存在着一些问题,导致食品安全政府监管法律责任追究未能真正落到实处。需要针对这些问题,不断完善我国食品安全政府监管法律责任追究机制,从而减少食品安全事故的发生。
[Abstract]:In recent years, food safety incidents are common, and it is urgent to solve food safety problems. It is of great significance to establish an effective mechanism for investigating the legal responsibility of food safety supervision by government. There are a series of regulations on the legal responsibility of food safety government supervision in the current law of our country, which has become the basis for investigating the legal responsibility of food safety government supervision. However, there are still some problems in the mechanism of investigating the legal responsibility of food safety government supervision in our country, which leads to the failure of the legal responsibility investigation of food safety government supervision. In order to reduce the occurrence of food safety accidents, it is necessary to perfect the mechanism of investigating the legal responsibility of food safety government.
