【摘要】：国家信息安全问题作为国家安全体系中的关键因素,关系到国家未来的生存和发展。置身于“非传统威胁”,“国家安全”也被注入了新的变量。信息网络在提高了人类的生产效率和生活质量,为人类创造巨大剩余价值的同时,也因为信息网络本身的缺陷和任意的滥用,对国家安全的威胁也在与日俱增,“国家信息安全”也被提上议程。“国家信息安全”成为当前学者和政治家们不可回避的问题。本文以政治学视角探析信息安全对国家安全的影响,并探求维护我国信息安全状态的措施。本文分六章进行阐述,第一章绪论,包括选题的背景和对信息安全以及信息安全对国家安全影响的综述；第二章对国家信息安全进行一个基本理论概述,包括国家信息安全的内涵、特点,国家信息安全的内容和信息安全在我国国家安全中的地位；第三章是我国信息安全的现状,包括我国信息安全现阶段已取得的成就和我国信息安全面临的困境；第四章是我国信息安全面临威胁的深层次原因,从国家利益冲突,防范、预警管理机制和法律机制的不健全,及全民信息安全意识淡漠的角度讨论；第五章是针对我国信息安全的问题,从国际合作、法律、管理、人才等角度提出的具体建议和措施；第六章是结论。本文研究的主要方法有：比较分析法与文献分析法。
[Abstract]:As a key factor in the national security system, national information security concerns the future survival and development of the country. Exposure to non-conventional threats, national security has also been injected into new variables. Information networks not only improve the productivity and quality of life of human beings and create enormous surplus value for human beings, but also threaten national security day by day because of the shortcomings and arbitrary abuse of information networks. National Information Security is also on the agenda. National information security has become an unavoidable problem for scholars and politicians. This paper explores the influence of information security on national security from the perspective of political science, and explores the measures to maintain the state of information security in China. This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is an introduction, including the background of the topic and the information security and information security impact on national security, the second chapter is a basic theoretical overview of national information security. It includes the connotation and characteristics of national information security, the content of national information security and the status of information security in our national security. The fourth chapter is the deep-seated reasons for the threat to our country's information security, which is based on the conflict of national interests and prevention. The fifth chapter is about the concrete suggestions and measures from the angle of international cooperation, law, management, talent and so on, aiming at the problem of information security of our country. Chapter six is the conclusion. The main methods of this paper are: comparative analysis and literature analysis.
